General Accountant

The Accountant is responsible for recording and monitoring all daily financial transactions, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring compliance with company financial policies and applicable regulations to support the achievement of the organization's objectives.
Responsibilities
- Record daily accounting entries and financial transactions
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports
- Review invoices and payment certificates
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing
- Support internal and external audits
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or an equivalent qualification
- 1–4 years of accounting experience (2+ years preferred).
- Experience using ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Previous experience in construction, fit-out, or related industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in preparing financial reports and analyzing financial data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP is an advantage.
