This position need To prepare and review technical documentation for restaurant fit-out and finishing projects, including shop drawings, quantity take-offs, payment certificates, purchase requests, and technical submittals. The role is responsible for coordinating with design, site execution, procurement teams, and clients to ensure project implementation complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and budget requirements..

Responsibilities

  • Review Drawings and Designs
  • Prepare Shop Drawings
  • Quantity Surveying (Quantity Take-Off)
  • Prepare and Review Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Provide Procurement Support
  • Review Payment Certificates
  • Coordinate with the Site Team
  • Monitor Design Revisions




Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or an equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Technical Office activities for interior fit-out projects, preferably with previous experience in restaurant, café, or commercial fit-out projects.
  • Proficient in reading architectural and construction drawings
  • preparing Shop Drawings, performing quantity take-offs, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with project management software
